Retail Leases Headline

Commercial real estate firm CBRE San Antonio signed leases for nearly 200,000 square feet of retail space in the Alamo City.

US Foods inked a lease for nearly 54,000 square feet at the Concourse Shopping Center at U.S. 281 and Jones Maltsberger Road. The food distributor will open a Chef’Store, a one-stop shop for restaurant supplies.

Shoe retailer Skechers also signed a lease for about 12,000 square feet at the shopping center.

On the Northwest Side, outdoor retailer Gander Mountain will move into 49,000 square feet at Westover Marketplace at Texas 151 and Loop 410. Electronics and appliance store Conn’s will move into the former H-E-B at Loop 1604 and Bandera, taking up more than 40,000 square feet of space.

At the Wonderland Mall of the Americas, discount retailer Burke’s Outlet plans to move into 25,000 square feet. Also, healthcare company Concentra signed a lease for 9,000 square feet at Military Crossing Shopping Center.
