Inflatable Wonderland - bizjournalsBusiness is bouncing along for one locally based venture.

Inflatable Wonderland, which provides indoor playgrounds for children 12 and under, will be opening for play very soon at Wonderland of the Americas.

The Wonderland site will mark the second location for Inflatable Wonderland, which also has a play station at Rolling Oaks Mall on San Antonio’s far Northeast Side.

“We are proud to be opening our second location, enabling us to further serve our San Antonio community,” says owner Rona Lambert. “Inflatable Wonderland is a family-owned and operated business with a passion for providing a safe place for children and families to play and make quality memories.”

Creating the Inflatable Wonderland is no small under taking. The Inflatable Wonderland at Wonderland will span some 20,000 square feet and will feature bounce houses, slides, arcade games and a movie theater. The wonderland will also boast six exclusive birthday areas, a separate play area for toddlers and a full concession stand.

“We are proud to welcome Inflatable Wonderland to Wonderland of the Americas,” says Oscar Montemayor, director of leasing. “As a mall that enjoys a long-standing history in the city of Balcones Heights and surrounding communities, we hope this will be a new, fun activity for our shoppers and their families to enjoy and look forward to for years to come.”

Inflatable Wonderland will be located on the first floor next to another recent addition to Wonderland of the Americas — Burke’s Outlet. It will celebrate its grand opening on Dec. 7.
